Kimberly A Eckert
Owner/Attorney
Kimberly A. Eckert has lived in Arizona for most of her life. She has an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and a J.D. legal degree from California Western School of Law. Kim has been practicing law for over 20 years and assists clients in family law as well as employment and labor law.
Ms. Eckert is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and licensed to practice in all State and local courts in Arizona as well as U.S. Federal District Courts for District of Arizona in addition to the Arizona and 9th Circuit Courts of Appeals.
Having spent some of her time in small firms, Kimberly has owned and operated her own law firm most of her career. Ms. Eckert is an active volunteer with The Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
Lisa Aubuchon
Legal Assistance
Currently providing legal assistance on cases, Ms. Aubuchon was previously a licensed attorney in Arizona for 22 years.
She graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.A. in Political Science and then obtained her J.D. at Arizona State University School of Law. She clerked for the Honorable Rudolph Gerber at the Arizona Court of Appeals then practiced for five years with the Arizona Attorney General doing child support enforcement, managing a regional office. From 1996 through 2010, she worked for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office in the areas of sex crimes, domestic violence and general trial. She was promoted to Bureau Chief in 2000 and to a Division Chief in 2005, overseeing the Pretrial Division.
She received numerous awards including a Division Attorney of the Year award and victims’ rights awards. Ms. Aubuchon worked as a sole practitioner from 2010 until 2012 and is providing legal support for attorneys at this time.
